Want to elevate your workout routine and channel your inner feminine strength? Then try this fun, feminine and intense barre inspired class. Combining elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training. You will move through the practise with graceful movements and sculpt and tone your body while improving flexibility and posture.
You will need a chair, kitchen counter or something steady to hold onto. Make sure to place the chair on the mat, so it doesn't slide.
